Fixture Base
The fixture base provides a stable platform for the board under test (DUT). It houses precision-aligned test probes, guiding pins, and mechanical supports that ensure consistent, repeatable contact with test points on the PCBA. Designed for durability and accuracy, it forms the foundation of reliable testing.
Fixture Lid
The fixture lid secures the DUT in place, pressing the board onto the test probes with uniform force. This guarantees solid electrical connections without damaging components. Easy to operate and ergonomically designed, the lid helps reduce operator fatigue while maintaining consistency across test cycles.
Test Equipment Connection
Inside the fixture are wiring harnesses, interface boards, and connectors that link the DUT to external test equipment. These connections route signals to instruments, data acquisition hardware, or power supplies, enabling automated measurements and full test coverage.
